The Fanwood Police Department in conjunction with the US Department of Justice and the National Shooting Sports Foundation is pleased to announce Project Child Safe^®. We will be providing gun locks to Fanwood residents FREE. If you own a firearm, whether a handgun,  rifle or shotgun, we can provide you with a cable locking device to help you secure it. The locks are available at police headquarters (75 North Martine Avenue). You must be a resident and supplies are limited.
